Bookmark sizes

TheInternetPrinter prints bookmarks in two sizes:

  • Standard bookmarks — these measure 40mm x 142mm; and
  • Jumbo bookmarks — these measure 50mm x 200mm.

The standard-sized bookmarks are very good to place a small message upon, but do not crowd them, as your message will be lost.

Our jumbo-sized bookmarks are excellent if you have a lot of information. They are also good if you have some images.
 

Multiple designs

You can have up to ten different designs on your one order. However, all designs MUST be ordered in equal amounts, and you must order a minimum of 250 of each design (1,000 of each design with our Offset Printed Bookmarks).

If your order is for several bookmarks and you are going to present us with one large file containing all the designs, then please ensure that the file has the front of bookmark 'one' as page 1, the back of bookmark 'one' as page 2, the front of bookmark 'two' as page 3, the back of bookmark 'two' as page 4, and so on.

Never place all the designs on the one 'super-large' page — have each page as its own page.

Also,, never give us a file with 'colour bars', 'registration marks', 'crop marks', or with the file name showing.

 

Digitally Printed Bookmarks

Digitally printed bookmarks are printed with electronic presses., and digitally-printed bookmarks are as good as, and often better than, traditionally prrinted bookmarks — therefore, quality is not an issue.

These digital presses will print the bookmark that you want, and print them quickly.Also, digitally printed bookmarks can be printed in the exact quantity that you want.

Digitally printed bookmarks are always printed in full colour on the front, and the back can be either:

  • Full colour;
  • Black & white; or
  • Left entirely blank.

All digitally printed bookmarks are printed upon a 300gsm stock.

Offset Printed Bookmarks

Offset printing is the traditional method of printing, with wet inks and big machines. We often call our offset printed bookmarks "Cheap Bookmarks".

All offset printed cheap bookmarks are printed in full colour on BOTH the front and back.

Our  offset printed cheap bookmarks are available without any coating, or with a high gloss celloglaze coating on the front only. Celloglazing makes the bookmark stronger and gives it a longer life.

There are two types of stock available with the  offset printed cheap bookmarks:

  • 310gsm 100% Sustainable Plantation Satin Art Board. This is a robust stock that can cope with being 'thumbed in and out of books'.
  • 350gsm reccyled Monza Satin Art Board. This stock is even more robust than the 310gsm Satin Art Board, and consists of 55% recycled paper and 45% sustanable plantation paper.

Free online design program

TheInternetPrinter has a 'leading edge' bookmark online design program where you can design your bookmark online. You can also use the online design service to upload your existing file.

You can design double-sided and single-sided full colour bookmarks online. You can place your text, logo and images wherever you wish, and you can choose to have background colours or background images too.
