Multiple Designs
You may submit up to ten (10) different designs with each business cards order. The only requirements are:
- All designs must be ordered in equal numbers; and
- You must order at least 250 of each design.
If you do order several designs with the one order, please submit a different file for each design (you can upload up to ten different files with each order).
Digitally Printed Business Cards
Digitally printed business cards are as good as, and often even better than, traditional offset printed business cards; and, the only real difference is the method used when printing:
- Traditional printing uses wet inks and big machines; where
- Digital printing uses toner (i.e.: dry ink), electricity and small machines.
Digital printing differs from offset printing, in that digital printing allows you to order the exact quantity that you want. If, for some reason, you wanted exactly 1,234 business cards, then you can purchase that exact amount.
All digitally printed business cards are printed with full colour fronts. The back of the business card can be either:
- Full colour;
- Black and white; or
- Blank.

Business card files that are created using our free online design program MUST have colour of both the front and the back of the business card. If you are absolute in your desire to have a single-sided business card, and you are absolute in your desire to use our free online design system, then just ensure the back of the business card is 'blank' (i.e.: empty).
Discount-Priced Offset Printed Business Cards
The greatest advantage of ordering offset printed business cards (we call them "discount priced business cards") is the price. Our prices are cheap — although the quality is not.
Our offset printed business cards are offered in set quantities (e.g.: 250, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, and so on and so on).
Your offset printed business cards can be Matt Celloglazed on both sides, or Gloss Celloglzed on one side only, or you can choose to have no coating at all.
All offset printed business cards are offered with colour fronts and backs.
There is a choice of three paper stocks:
- 310gsm sustainable satin art board is made from 100% sustainable plantation paper.
- 350gsm sustainable satin art board is made from 100% sustainable plantation paper. This is offered with either a gloss celloglazed front, or a matt celloglaze on both the front and back.
- 350gsm recycled satin art board is made from a mixture of 55% recycled paper and 45% sustainable plantation paper.

Magnetic Business Cards
Magnetic business cards may be printed on the front only.
They are printed on flexible vinyl — The vinyl is strong enough to withstand the pressures of being pulled off and being placed back on metal surfaces, yet flexible enough to ensure that the printing does not crack or chaffe.
Magnetic business cards are coated with a gloss celloglaze, and this ensures that they have a long life (whether stored in a box, or suffering the wear and tear that confronts them when placed on a fridge or filing cabinet).
Magnetic business cards are offered in set quantities, starting with 250, then 500, and then in multiples of 1,000 (e.g.: 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, and so on and so on).

Preparing your file for Printing
It is important that you present a file that is "all but press-ready". This is NOT hard to do, but it might require you reading some of our webpages on how to create a press-ready file.
