Carbonless docket book sizes

TheInternetPrinter prints carbonless docket books in three sizes:

  • A4 — 210mm x 297mm, or the same size as a standard business letter;
  • A5 — 148mm x 210mm, or half the size of a standard business letter; and
  • A6 — 105mm x 148mm, or one-quarter the size of a standard business letter.


A4 docket books have tear-out pages that are A4-sized.
A5 docket books have tear-out pages that are A5-sized (or half the size of A4).
A6 docket books have tear-out pages that are A6-sized (or one-quarter the size of A4).
 

 

Docket Books:

  • come with carbonless copy paper;
  • come in black and white only; and
  • are single-sided only (TheInternetPrinter does NOT offer double-sided pages).

 

Duplicate docket books have:

  • One hundred (100) original pages; and
  • One hundred (100) duplicate copy pages.

 

Triplicate docket books have:

  • Fifty (50) original pages;
  • Fifty (50) duplicate copy pages; and
  • Fifty (50) triplicate copy pages.

 

Multiple Designs

You may place up to ten defferent designs with the one order, however, each design must be ordered in equal quantities.

So, you can order ten copies of ten designs (i.e.: a total of 100 docket books), but you may NOT order ten of one design and twenty of another design.

 

Size of the tear-out page

Please note that the size of the tear out page is the size that you order. Therefore:

  • A4 carbonless docket books have tearout pages that are A4-sized.
  • A5 carbonless docket books have tearout pages that are A5-sized.
  • A6 carbonless docket books have tearout pages that are A6-sized.

Therefore, the size of your file should be either A4, A5 or A6.

 

Colours (Black & white NCR Books)

Carbonless docket books are only available in black and white (and every shade of grey in between).

If your file has an image, then please convert it to greyscale (i.e.: black and white) before you present your file to us.

If you are unsure about how to convert an image to greyscale, just upload your file and we will convert it for you (most probably at no charge). However, we suggest you request a PDF proof before sending the file to the presses.

Preparing your File

The best way to ensure that your carbonless docket book is printed properly is to supply us with a file that is 'all but press-ready'. This is not as hard at it might seem, particularly so if you have a quick read of our How to prepare your files for printing pages.

 

Online Design Program

You can design your carbonless docket book online, and it is free.

You can place your text wherever you wish, but no images or colours are available. Your carbonless docket book will be black and white only (and every shade of grey in between).

We even provide templates for those who might need a bit of assistance.
