Carbonless docket book sizes

TheInternetPrinter prints carbonless docket books in four sizes:

• A3 — 297mm x 420mm, or twice the size as a standard business letter;
• A4 — 210mm x 297mm, or the same size as a standard business letter;
• A5 — 148mm x 210mm, or half the size of a standard business letter; and
• A6 — 105mm x 148mm, or one-quarter the size of a standard business letter.

A3 docket books have a tear-out pages that are A3-sized (or twice the size of A4).
A4 docket books have tear-out pages that are A4-sized.
A5 docket books have tear-out pages that are A5-sized (or half the size of A4).
A6 docket books have tear-out pages that are A6-sized (or one-quarter the size of A4).

Docket Books:

• come with carbonless copy paper;
• come in black and white only; and
• are single-sided only (TheInternetPrinter does NOT offer double-sided pages).

Number of pages in a carbonless docket book

Duplicate docket books have one hundred sets.
To put is in plain English, duplicate docket books have:

• One hundred (100) original pages; and
• One hundred (100) duplicate copy pages.

 

Triplicate docket books have 50 sets.
To put it in plain English, triplicate docket books have:

• Fifty (50) original pages;
• Fifty (50) duplicate copy pages; and
• Fifty (50) triplicate copy pages.

 

Multiple Designs

You may place up to ten defferent designs with the one order, however, each design must be ordered in equal quantities.

So, you can order ten copies of ten designs (i.e.: a total of 100 docket books), but you may NOT order ten of one design and twenty of another design.

It is easy to see how the price will alter if you choose to purchase many designs on the one order.

Choose how many carbonless docket book jobs (i.e.: unique designs) you want. The example on the right has selected "2" different docket book printing jobs (see green box). Choose  the quantity that you want for each docket book job (i.e.: for each unique design). The example on the right has selected "500" for each job. The "Total quantity to be purchased" is then calculated (see red box).

 

Size of the tear-out page

Please note that the size of the tear out page is the size that you order. Therefore:

• A3 carbonless docket books have tearout pages that are A3-sized.
• A4 carbonless docket books have tearout pages that are A4-sized.
• A5 carbonless docket books have tearout pages that are A5-sized.
• A6 carbonless docket books have tearout pages that are A6-sized.

Therefore, the size of your file should be either A3, A4, A5 or A6.

 

Colours (Black & white NCR Books)

Carbonless docket books are only available in black and white (and every shade of grey in between).

If your file has an image, then please convert it to greyscale (i.e.: black and white) before you present your file to us.

If you are unsure about how to convert an image to greyscale, just upload your file and we will convert it for you (most probably at no charge). However, we suggest you request a PDF proof before sending the file to the presses.
