Delivery

All laser-printer safe A4 and A5 letterhead can dispatched within 7 full working days of you approving your PDF proof, or within 7 full business days of you presenting us with a press-ready file. In fact, if you select the normal production speed, then your A4 or A5 letterhead will almost always be dispatched before that time.

Whilst we are based in Bankstown (western Sydney) and Mount Eliza (southern Melbourne), we deliver letterhead to every part of Australia, and to most parts of the world.

  • TNT's Road Express letterhead delivery times:
    • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Canberra and regional NSW & north east Victoria — your letterhead will normally get to you sometime the next day, but it can sometimes take up to two or three days.
    • Hobart, regional Tasmania and south eastern South Australia — normally two days, but sometimes up to four days.
    • Perth, central Queensland, far north Queensland and the Northern Territory — normally three or four days, but sometime six days.
    • Remote Australia — normally four or five days, but sometimes up to seven days.
  • Australia Post delivery times — a day or two on Australia's east coast (e.g.: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Canberra), and up to seven days to remote parts of Australia.
  • TNT's Overnight Express service will deliver your letterhead the day after it is dispatched.

PDF Proofs

You can order a PDF proof for no extra charge.

A PDF proof is the press-ready file that we will use to print your letterhead. If you ask for a copy, then we will send it to you before we send your A4 or A5 letterhead off to our presses.

We suggest you ask for a PDF proof, as it will allow you one last check before the job is printed.

 

A4 Letterhead Paper Stock

TheInternetPrinter offers A4 letterhead in two type of paper stocks:

  • 100gsm laser printer friendly 100% sustainable plantation offset; and
  • 100gsm 100% recycled paper.

These two paper stocks are the regular types of stocks that are used for A5 letterhead by most businesses — they are similar to the 'Reflex' paper that you would buy in a news agent's shop.

 

A5 Letterhead Paper Stock

A5 letterhead is only offered in 100gsm laser printer friendly 100% sustainable plantation offset. This paper is similar in strength to the "Reflex" paper that you might buy at a shop.

 

Laser Safe Letterhead

What is the difference between "letterhead" and "Laser-Safe Letterhead".

  • Laser-printers use a great deal of heat when they print.
  • Some inks melt when they go through laser printers.
  • Offset-printed letterhead is printed in the old-fashioned way using big presses and wet inks, and these inks cannot melt in laser printers.

 

All letterhead printed by TheInternetPrinter is offset printed. This means that letterhead purchased from TheInternetPrinter can be used in a laser printer and it will not damage your laser printer. Our letterhead is 100% guaranteed to be 100% laser safe letterhead.

TheInternetPrinter DOES NOT offer digitally printed letterhead, as digital printing uses toner instead of ink, and toner can melt in laser printers. So, no matter who you get to print your letterhead, always ensure that the letterhead is offset printed.

 

Set Quantities

A4 and A5 letterhead must be purchased in set quantities. You may order as few as 250 A4 or A5 letterhead online, or you can order as many as 50,000 online.

We suggest that you order at least 1,000 letterhead, as the price difference between 250 and 1,000 is not very great. The reason is that with offset printing you must pay for the large printing plates that we use, and when ordering small quantities, the cost of us preparing the plates is the greatest part of our cost.

 

Full Colour Letterhead Printing

All our laser printer safe A4 and A5 letterhead is printed in full colour. We can print A4 and A5 letterhead in black and white (and in all shades of grey), but the price remains the same as full colour A4 and A5 letterhead.

The reason the price is the same for both black and white letterhead and full colour A4 and A5 letterhead is because we use huge A2 and A1 presses, and we print four or eight different jobs on each run — or up to 16 different A5 letterhead jobs on the one run. This means that our prices are reduced and we can print colour A4 and A5 letterhead for the same price as black and white A4 and A5 letterhead.
