We guarantee our work.
- If you order a hard copy proof with your job, and the job that we deliver to you is not the same as the hard copy proof you authorised, then we will give you a free reprint.
- If you order a PDF proof with your job and, except for any movement in colour, your job does not match the PDF proof you authorised by you, then we will give you a free reprint.
- If you request no proof and, except for any movement in colour, your job does not match file you uploaded when you placed the order, then we will give you a free reprint.
So, if TheInternetPrinter makes a mistake, then TheInternetPrinter will not try to get out of reprinting the job or giving you a full refund. If TheInternetPrinter makes a mistake, then TheInternetPrinter will reprint your job for free or give you a full refund.
Your responsibility
If, however, you make a mistake, then you cannot blame us. If the mistake is on the file that you present to us to have printed, or the mistake is on the proof that you approve, then you will not be entitled to a free reprint.
So, read the proof and examine every part of the proof diligently.

Our Standards
Not a single customer has complained about a job not meeting a hard-copy proof.
We have received seven complaints that our work did not meet a PDF proof. Three complaints were justified – it was our fault, and a reprint was given immediately and without question. One complaint revolved around an improperly packaged B1 poster that became damaged in transit to the customer. The other three complaints were the customers' fault, and the customer agreed the cause of the problem was them not examining the proof correctly – they did not print out the PDF proofs and examine them properly.
Please note: We will not offer a discount if your job is not done properly and the cause was due to TheInternetPrinter. WE DO NOT OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR TARDY WORK; NO WAY DO WE DO THAT. We want you to get your full colour printing job and be pleased with them.
